Main Responsibility:

• Lead finance A/P, A/R, Treasury, Tax and Accounting team within the company. 

• Reporting: Correctly compile all related information provided by the FA Department to generate a valid Financial Report in line with the GAAP. 

• Provide oversight of the month-end and annual closing processes and review monthly and annual financial statements. 

• Establish, Analyze and interpret statistical data and financial information, to provide an assessment of budget and other matters related to taxation and the level of operational effectiveness of the company. 

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasting and oversight of planning, implementation procedure, and variance analysis. 

• Audit Compliance: Provide any related documents and information to support the periodic audit process with the local auditor to generate the Audited Financial Statement and reported directly to the Managing Director.

Main Responsibility: 

• Responsible to assist Project Director in a project financial operation management.

• Manage project performance, achieve management objectives & promote the growth of project profit.

• Responsible to provide financial solution of project to support project decision making.

• Responsible to prepare project-based budget according to company’s standard.

• Produce monthly financial forecast & analysis to monitor budget variance.

• Responsible to monitor the budget execution, ensure consistency between operation result & budget.

• Support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability.

• Strictly controlling budget authorization to avoid budget overrun, making alert timely and effectively to monitor and manage the risks.

• Liaise closely with business team (including sales, delivery, procurement & collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose.

• Responsible for the accuracy of accounting data including revenue, controllable cost, A/R, A/P, tax, Inventory and manage each cost item.

• Responsible for final accounting and project closure summary, comparing the updated budget and final accounting data, analysis the gap of revenue and profit and make experience summary as future projects reference.
